Yahoo Partner Day 2015 rolls out the purple carpet for its partners!

On 28th of October 2015 a huge phenomenal event took place at Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara – The 7th Annual Yahoo! Partner Day. It was an invite-only event which was organized by Yahoo! to connect with top leaders and game changers, and hear about the latest Yahoo! offerings across Search, Communications, Media, and Mobile. The event witnessed more than 200 partners on that day. Josh Cobb, the VP, Head of Global Partner Management, and Ian Weingarten, SVP, Corporate Development & Partnerships, captivated the whole show with their charismatic personality. Each year, Yahoo! holds a Partner Day event, where partners from all across the business get the chance to hear about our latest product innovations, learn about new monetization opportunities and spend time with members of our executive team.

Vertoz is proud to announce our 2nd attendance at the Yahoo! Partner Day at Santa Clara. Earlier Vertoz had attended Yahoo! Partner Day at Singapore last year. We are one of the APAC region partner’s and it was an exhilarating experience to be among the top notch companies of the industry. It was a complete amalgamation of new ideas, treads and whole new range of creative initiatives.

It was a highly beneficial experience for Vertoz. We witnessed some new products which were launched by Yahoo! They made an announcement regarding one of their newer products – Search In-Apps, which is part of our Yahoo! Mobile Developer Suite. Originally launched in February at their Mobile Developer Conference, Yahoo! Search In-Apps helps app developers monetize and keeps users from leaving apps to find information they need. Another milestone achieved by Yahoo! on this event was Yahoo! Partner Ads (YPA), the fast, easy and cost effective search advertising solution available across all devices – PC, tablet and mobile.
